are you continuing them out of convenience? or maybe scaling them back a bit for more natural options. have you felt a noticeable difference in recovery from the protein source?
Yes, I am still doing one or two shakes a day, especially now that I am starting to get in the gym more regular again as well as starting to run again. I definitely have felt a difference in recovery from adding that to my diet.
