I've lost my running mojo for sure; this inspires me to get back into it (after my ankle sprain heals!!)
I’ve been really enjoying these off-the-apps reads, even the departure ones. Thanks for this, so many great resources. My knees are what often keeps me from pushing myself more, and keeping up the habits of training. 🙌🏻
Definitely give the knees over toes guy a follow on YouTube and subscribe to the ATG program for a couple months. Did wonders for me knees!
